Refund policy

Qualifying orders are eligible for full refund of item price (not including original shipping cost - if applicable) and/or exchange for the same or different item within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Customer pays return shipping cost. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival use the 'contact form' or email (xojonnyclothing@gmail.com) with your order number and a brief message describing the issue. If your claim is valid, XO Jonny will cover return shipping cost and email you a label for you to drop off with USPS at your convenience and will also cover the shipping cost on the replacement.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds or exchanges:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding your returned item(s) and the next steps. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within (2) business days.
